This comic makes no sense.
A delivery guy wouldn’t deliver for free. And he wouldn’t deliver knowing that he would end up leaving without getting tip. The person receiving the delivery would’ve had to pay for the delivery and the pizza. And did the person receiving the pizza box really not notice that the pizza box would be as light as air? How would it be possible to not realize that? You can’t Colin Chapman a pizza. And wouldn’t a reasonable person be suspicious of a delivery guy being completely willing to give away a pizza for free? Absolutely nothing? At no cost to the person receiving the pizza at all whatsoever?
This comic makes no sense.
Conclusion: Half Life 3 confirmed.

You've never used a debit/credit card to pay for delivery food, have you? Sign the receipt, someone's card is charged, food (or container for food) is taken, no one the wiser except the hungry card-holder who is expecting delivery food. The restaurant has to then figure it out, remake the order, and good luck trying to track down the person who signed the receipt unless it's a slow delivery night. Especially if delivering to dorms or apartment complexes. Experienced delivery folk who know the CYA rule check the card against the receipt.
